Did winter coat dry cleaning several times, always faster than other sercises and the quality was good. As I don't drive anymore, the only one drawback is they don't pick up/deliver the orders.

Since I do not speak Lithuanian very well, it is very important for me that she kindly switches to Russian when necessary. UPDATED: after the change of owners, they gave me a second chance and I can confirm that the quality of service is now excellent - they explained the nuances, consulted, introduced me to the risks, everything went smoothly, and the speed of the service exceeded my expectations (they even returned it a little earlier). They cleaned two jackets (down jacket and HH) perfectly! 🙌 Thank you for already starting to take care of your customers :) I think we will come back. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: I wore a tuxedo and a simple white dress. I have no complaints about the quality of the work, but the communication and service are a tragedy. I was served by frowning and dissatisfied women. Since it was my first time, they didn't walk me through the customer process at all (they didn't even ask if I had been there before) - they looked at my clothes one by one, told me to write down some comments (I said maybe they were writing a remark for themselves here), entered them into the computer and gave me a check to sign. Well, I signed (yes, I know, you have to read, but I've had enough of the previous interactions, so I wanted to leave quickly). After that, I noticed on the receipt that the cleaning was charged for the regular dress as for a lace/decorated/long dress, and it was none of these listed. I mentioned this when I picked it up, because maybe a mistake was made when choosing the price, and I asked if they had a price list with two prices - for regular and special occasions - because I paid less for a full tuxedo with two shirts than for that one dress, so I was blinded by what they replied to me - "we could have calculated it as for a wedding dress" 🙈 I understand that you still need to be happy (PS I see on the Internet that the price is twice as low for regular dresses), and they literally tore it off. It seems that the fact that the tuxedo was nearby allowed them to assume that the dress would probably be expensive too 😅 so, look at what prices they calculate and what they write on the receipt. Looks like I'll have to pass next time, because it didn't appear that there was a customer waiting there on their way back.

They just washed it well and somehow ironed the shirt. Unfortunately, this is a laundromat, not a dry cleaner, because the stains on the white shirt were not removed, apparently the bleach was too weak or of poor quality. I do not recommend it.
